Phillip B. Leiser

Phillip B. Leiser: Attorney with The Leiser Law Firm

Biography

Firm founder Phillip B. Leiser has been practicing law in Virginia since 1997. Over the course of his career, Phillip has handled many complex litigation cases and has argued his clients’ cases before various juries and trial courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, Washington, D.C., and as far away as Boston, Massachusetts. He has handled cases at both the trial and appellate level, including the Virginia Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Phillip isn’t afraid to think outside the box — he constantly searches for creative and effective ways to resolve cases. Phillip began his legal career at the Washington, D.C., law firm of Shaw Pittman (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP), where he worked in the nuclear regulatory field. After two years, Phillip ventured out on his own and began to build his own practice in Northern Virginia as a trial attorney. Since then, he has handled numerous complex litigation matters throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, Washington, D.C., and on occasion in other states.

Phillip represented me in a case against Public Storage and they capitulated once he filed suit. I got a full refund of my money. He is an excellent lawyer.

I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by Phillip Leiser. He displayed extreme behaviors in the courtroom and it was very distressing to observe his tactics.
