Stephen K. Conroy is a graduate of Tulane University (B.A., 1973; J.D., 1976). He was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 1976 and has been admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts; the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits; and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Conroy was a Law Clerk to the Hon. Peter H. Beer, Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, 1976-1977, and a Law Clerk to the Hon. Charles Schwartz, Jr., U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, 1977-1979. He is a Charter Fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation. Mr. Conroy belongs to the Fifth and Eleventh Federal Circuits Bars, Louisiana State Bar, New Orleans Bar, and American Bar Associations, and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He was named by New Orleans Magazine as a Top Lawyer. He was also a recipient of City Business’ Leadership in Law Award. Mr. Conroy practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Products Liability, Business Torts, Franchise Law, and Construction Law
