Annalisa Gutierrez is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. Ms. Gutierrez began her legal career as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jose L. She gained invaluable experience from the corporate counsel viewpoint when she interned in the legal department of Royal Caribbean Cruises during her third year of law school. Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, she worked as an associate at a Miami law firm practicing in the areas of admiralty and maritime law, personal injury defense, and medical malpractice defense.

While in law school, Ms. Gutierrez was the Chief Articles Editor of the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review. She received the NSAC Law Review Award of Excellence (top award for the law review) and Law Review Most Valuable Editorial Board Member.

Ms. Gutierrez practices in the areas of personal injury defense, insurance, medical malpractice defense, admiralty and maritime, hospitality, and premises liability defense. She is admitted to the Florida bar.
