Aqueelah S. Mitchell



Aqueelah Mitchell is an associate in WSHB’s Miami office. Prior to joining the firm, Aqueelah served as a judicial intern at both the Florida First District Court of Appeal and Fourth District Court of Appeal, interned at the City of Miami Gardens City Attorney’s Office, and clerked for a small civil litigation firm.

Aqueelah is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law, where she was a member of Moot Court, served as president of the Black Law Students Association, and was an Associate Justice on the FSU Supreme Court. While in law school, Aqueelah studied international law at the University of Oxford.

Currently, Aqueelah is a member of the Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association.
