We do not entrust our clients' needs to associates or paralegals. Matters assigned to this firm are assigned to one of the partners, and that partner is who performs the necessary work. Our clients always know who to contact to discuss their cases and who is responsible for the work that needs to be done. All of our lawyers are available around the clock as needed. Absent travel or unusual circumstances all client contacts are returned by the end of each day.
We limit our practice to civil matters involving appeals and trial support; transportation; defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims; insurance coverage litigation; subrogation; and representation of Plaintiffs in select personal injury claims. We believe participation in, and service through, legal organizations adds to our competitive edge and promotes civility in the profession and therefore our attorneys are active members of The American Bar Association, The Florida Defense Lawyers' Association, The Defense Research Institute, The Trucking Industry Defense Association, The Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and The Transportation Lawyers' Association. Beckham & Beckham is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell and the firm is listed in both A.M. Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers.
Beckham & Beckham's office is midway between the State and Federal courthouses in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Naples is 100 miles to the west and Palm Beach is an hour to the North. All of our attorneys are AV rated Florida Bar members admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court. Pamela is admitted to practice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Robert is also a member of the Georgia Bar.
