Mr. Brian R. Chorney



Brian Chorney is a senior associate in WSHB’s Tampa office, practicing in the areas of catastrophic injury, first-party property defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Brian spent three seasons with the New York Yankees. Working out of their Player Development and Scouting Complex, Brian served as a team coordinator assigned to the Yankees Rookie level affiliate and Advanced A level affiliate.

Brian received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he was a member of the nationally ranked Moot Court Honor Board serving as brief writer on the National Child Welfare & Adoption Law Moot Court Competition. Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Stetson University, with a minor in Business Law.
