Mr. Perini received his Bachelors of Arts degree in History and Political Science as well as a Minor in Law and the Liberal Arts from the University of Richmond and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
During law school, Mr. Perini earned Dean’s List honors as well as the book award for the highest grade in his Civil Procedure I, Legal Communication and Research I and Legal Communication and Research II courses. He was also a member of the International & Comparative Law review. Mr. Perini further served as a judicial intern at the Third District Court of Appeal for the Honorable Richard J. Suarez, an in-house law clerk for a multinational infrastructure and construction company as well as a summer law clerk for Coconut Grove area civil litigation firm. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Perini practiced primarily in the areas of Premises Liability, Personal Injury and First Party Property claims.
Mr. Perini is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
