Martin Kalb is Co-Chair of the Global Tax Practice. He has over 35 years of experience representing clients in the areasof tax law, estate planning, corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions at Greenberg Traurig. Marty also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of UniCapital Corporation, a former New York Stock Exchange equipment leasing company. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig he was an attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C.
