Biography

Michael T. Lynott focuses on transactional real estate law. He represents national and Florida-based property owners and tenants in the areas of office, industrial and retail leasing. He also represents national and Florida-based clients in connection with the acquisition, financing and disposition of retail, office, industrial and multifamily residential properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining GT, Mr. Lynott served as assistant general counsel with Ryder System, Inc., where he handled real estate acquisitions and dispositions, environmental work and other legal actions for the company and its owned and leased properties around the world.
