His practice also includes federal and state securities matters, particularly private placement syndications, and securities compliance and reporting responsibilities. Oscar recently represented the buyer in an acquisition of a casino property from the country’s largest, publicly-traded casino company, in a transaction valued at $1.3 billion. He has also recently served as trustee and escrow agent for transactions involving crypto-currencies and other digital assets.
