Biography

Attorney Philip Freidin is a highly successful civil trial attorney who has been in practice since 1969. During his decades in practice, he has successfully litigated more than 200 personal injury and wrongful death cases. For his experience and competency in this area of the law, Mr. Freidin earned Florida Bar Board Certification, the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar. He was instrumental in establishing Florida’s doctrine of strict product liability, under which consumers no longer have to prove negligence to hold manufacturers and sellers responsible for dangerous products. He is also a frequent lecturer before hundreds of professional bar and trial organizations.
