I hold Robert in the highest regard. When we've worked together he has always been extremely well-prepared, with a complete understanding of, and appreciation of, the applicable facts and law. I have only observed him treating his opposing counsel and their clients with respect and kindness. I know that he went out of his way to show his opposing counsel every personal consideration when that lawyer was unexpectedly hospitalized. He is the proverbial gentlemen and scholar.
