Mr. Kirschbaum completed his undergraduate degree at Nova Southeastern University and graduated with honors in 1989 and received a B.S. in business administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and graduated with honors in 1992, finishing in the top three percent of his class. While in law school, Mr. Kirschbaum served on The St. Thomas Law School Honor Council and worked as a law clerk for a highly respected bankruptcy firm.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Kirschbaum has worked exclusively in the area of insurance defense and has tried many cases to verdict in various courtrooms throughout the state of Florida. Over the past several years, Mr. Kirschbaum’s practice has been focused on medical negligence defense with a large concentration in chiropractic negligence defense, as well as defending nursing homes and other long term care facilities. Mr. Kirschbaum is admitted to practice before all county, circuit, and appellate courts in Florida and has been so since becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 1992. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
