She is an English-qualified lawyer, based in the firm’s Milan office, and acts for both corporate clients and high net worth individuals on a range of corporate and commercial matters. Her corporate finance practice focuses on M&A for private companies (including share and asset sales and cross-border mergers) and international joint ventures and she has wide experience in equity investments in sectors ranging from fashion/beauty to technology. With a background in debt capital markets, Sharon additionally advises on equity and debt private placements and has acted on a number of real estate financings.
Sharon also regularly advises Italian and international clients on a wide variety of commercial agreements, including distribution, supply, agency and sponsorship agreements.
