Attorney Knobloch was born and raised in Peoria, IL, the middle child of a blue collar family. He did his undergraduate studies at Illinois Central College where played baseball, and at Illinois State University where he majored in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Soon after graduation he worked as a clerk at one of the largest downstate insurance defense firms in Illinois. It was during this employment that two distinct passions were born: the study of law and the dedication to represent working class individuals rather than big business and the insurance industry.
Attorney Knobloch attended Marquette University Law School and received his law degree in May of 2007. While at Marquette, he tailored his coursework to achieve the best possible preparation for a career in litigation. Attorney Knobloch participated in the school wide Moot Court Competition, volunteered at the Legal Aid Society and also taught a high school level Street Law class in the nationally renowned Street Law Program. He also completed numerous internships during law school, including an internship with the late Honorable Ted Wedemeyer of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District 1.
Attorney Knobloch has devoted his entire legal career to representing injured plaintiffs throughout the State of Wisconsin and Illinois. Prior to joining Gruber Law Offices, LLC, he spent years working with some of the most distinguished plaintiff’s trial attorneys in Wisconsin where he developed his acumen for the courtroom. He has taken numerous cases to trial, both to a jury and the bench, which has resulted in outstanding recoveries for his clients. His practice areas include: all varieties of automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents; wrongful deaths; slip and falls; and other general negligence matters. He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association; Illinois Bar Association; Milwaukee Bar Association; Wisconsin Association for Justice; and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois.
In addition to working at Gruber Law Offices, LLC, attorney Knobloch is active in the legal community and frequently lectures and writes for the Wisconsin Association for Justice, a statewide association dedicated to helping injured individuals. He also volunteers with the Milwaukee Bar Association with its community outreach programs. His achievements have not gone unnoticed in the legal community. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the “Top 40 Under 40”; by the Wisconsin Law Journal as an “Up and Coming Lawyer”; and twice by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star”.
Attorney Knobloch lives in a near northern suburb of Milwaukee with his wife Melissa, and is an avid Packers, Bucks and Cubs fan.
