Neil Mascolo has been associated with the firm since 1994 and since 2005 has served as the supervising partner for the firm’s insurance coverage and litigation practice group. His expertise includes a concentration on defense litigation in a wide variety of matters, including construction litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, lead paint, dram shop, subrogation, premises liability and medical malpractice. He has lectured claims professionals on numerous legal issues related to client risk management and developing legal topics.

Mr. Mascolo graduated from the St. John’s University School of Law in 1991. Prior to his admission to the New York State Bar, he was a claims supervisor for a major New York commercial liability insurance company where he was responsible for the management of a variety of high exposure claims.
