Warren J. Roth

Warren J. Roth: Attorney with Bartlett LLP

Biography

I have been in practice for more than 23 years. I am a fourth generation lawyer in my family. We have proudly served as attorneys in New York State for more than 105 years continuously.

My practice is primarily focused on protecting those people who protect us all. These people are primarily municipal workers such as police officers, firefighters, corrections officers, DPW workers, school teachers and CSEA members.

I read every review posted and try to be responsive to all of my clients. I have work very hard on each case and am typically in my office 6 days a week. I provide clients with my email address and cell phone number for emergencies on request.

I regularly deal with issues concerning disability retirement pensions, social security disability, workers compensation issues as well as personal injury litigation. I typically work six days a week and answer the calls and emails of my clients seven days a week as the need arises.

I have seen that I have received many reviews on Avvo both good and bad. I welcome anyone to email me or call with any suggestions on how we can improve the services we render in these matters. I am proud of the work that my team of lawyers and legal assistants have done. We have set many case precedents in New York.

I am here to serve the needs of the injured and ill literally seven days a week. I do not charge for initial consolation calls and constantly strive to improve on the quality of the services I offer. I have a very large team of attorneys and legal assistants working for me in the firm to ensure efficient service

He and his team work tirelessly fighting for the rights of each and every client, setting precedent for Workers’ Compensation, Social Security, NYS Retirement Systems, and September 11th Victim Compensation Fund awards.
