I have worked with Emily and have observed her in court on cases that I wasn't directly involved with her, and I have found her to be very articulate, competent and respectful.

The positive- she is very affordable based on income. However, if given the chance again I would hire someone else. She was not prepared in court (I had to actually remind her there was a DANCO-it was like she showed up without even reading my file), and was TERRIBILE with communication. Not a people person. Gave me conflicting/incorrect information, made mistakes on paperwork, forgot to respond by deadlines, all around terrible. I used David Cox in Otsego for follow up items and LOVED him! Read less
