Jim Lindell has specialized in civil litigation since graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1977; he is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota Bar Association. Jim is a native of Litchfield, Minnesota, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota. After service in the United States Army (1st Lt., 1966-1969), he attended The American University in Washington, D.C., earning an M.A. in international studies in 1970.

Jim Lindell is highly regarded by both clients and fellow attorneys. He enjoys a busy workers' compensation and personal injury practice and receives numerous referrals from attorneys in other specialties. He is past Dean of the Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers and is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
