Mr. Reuter contributes to the Cartner & Fiske, LLC in its admiralty law and international law practice areas. He received his law degree cum laude in 2008 from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. While at Hamline, he became interested in admiralty law through the John R.
