Ben has represented diverse businesses to resolve their disputes through the most efficient means possible, from informal negotiations, mediation and arbitration, to litigation, and trial. If trial is necessary, Ben does not need directions to the courthouse. He has tried scores of jury cases in a wide variety of areas. He prides himself on zealous and efficient representation, combined with reliable, timely client communication. Ben received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law. Ben is admitted to practice in all Florida and Alabama State Courts as well as all Federal Courts in the State of Florida. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Alabama. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), Florida Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Pensacola Chapter of the American Inns of Court, the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association, and the Rotary Club of Gulf Breeze.
