Mr. Vincent is New Jersey born and educated, receiving his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College, and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. After law school, he was privileged to clerk for the Hon. David G. Lucas in the Somerset vicinage of the Superior Court.
In 1986, Mr. Vincent became an associate in the firm of Sonnenblick Parker & Selvers, P.C., of Freehold, New Jersey, engaging in land use, real estate, environmental, securities, corporate and commercial law and litigation. He later became a partner in that firm and, in 2001, he joined Mr. Conrad in Jamesburg, New Jersey.
Mr. Vincent specializes in land use law, and has represented numerous developers in connection with acquiring, financing, and obtaining state and local approvals for large and small residential and commercial developments. Such representation also includes formation and organization of business entities for real estate development, and continued representation of landlords and builders in the sale, leasing, and management of projects. Mr. Vincent also represents small businesses in commercial litigation, regulatory compliance issues, and general corporate matters. He also represents individuals with regards to real estate transactions, wills and estates, and other general legal matters.
