Mr. Davis is originally a native of Troy, Alabama, and a partner in the Montgomery office of Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak, P.A. His practice centers on handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, general corporate law and advice, real property litigation and related matters. Mr. Davis was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1986 after having completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama and obtaining his law degree at the University Of Alabama School Of Law. Mr. Davis is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Alabama Defense lawyers Association. Mr. Davis and his wife Catherine are the proud parents of two children.
