Miland F. Simpler, III is a junior associate in the Montgomery office. Mr. Simpler graduated from the University Of Alabama School Of Law in 2013, where he served as a published contributor and Student Articles Editor of The Law & Psychology Review, a member of the 2012-2013 Campbell Moot Court Board, as well as a member of the 2013 Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Moot Court Team.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Simpler graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Philosophy, and was initiated into Phi Beta Kappa Society as well as Omicron Delta Kappa. He was an active member of the Student Government Association and Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

Originally from Montgomery, Mr. Simpler is a member of First United Methodist Church. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and attending Alabama football games.
