Biography

Lucie Gosselin was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1992 and her practice has since mostly been oriented towards legal research in the field of environmental law. Since 2001, she is providing contractual legal research services in environmental, resource and land-use law for the lawyers of the firm Daigneault, Lawyers Inc. - Daigneault, avocats inc. She is also assisting Mr. Robert Daigneault in his quarterly updates of "L'environnement au Qu├ębec," a CCH publication available in loose-leaf format, CD-ROM and on the Wolters Kluwer Web database "IntelliConnect" This is the main legal reference book in Quebec in the field of environmental law. Mrs. Gosselin can provide legal advice and she is responsible for monitoring all significant legal development in environmental, resource and land-use law and policies, at the federal and provincial levels, as well as NAFTA's environmental side agreement, in order to keep the firm continuously up-to-date.
