Mr. Minter focuses on civil litigation representing clients in both federal and state courts of New Jersey primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability defense, and general insurance defense. Several of Mr. Minter's malpractice cases have resulted in published opinions.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Minter clerked for The Honorable Rocco L. D’Ambrosio. and graduated from the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

A regular lecturer for New Jersey’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE), Mr. Minter co-authors “Avoiding Legal Malpractice,” an annual program. The current Chairman of the Morris Country Chancery Practice Committee and Co-Chair of the Morris County General Equity Mediation Committee, Mr. Minter has also served on the District X Fee Arbitration Committee as Chairman.

Active in the Morris Township (NJ) community, Mr. Minter currently serves as a member of the Township’s Ethics Board and as Chairman of its Recreation Advisory Committee. Mr. Minter holds an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a "Superb" rating from Avvo, and has been named to the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers each year since 2011. Additionally, Mr. Minter became a member of the Claims & Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance in 2016.
