Mr. Abrams is experienced in handling all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery motions and dispositive motions; attending court conferences, motion hearings and arbitrations; conducting depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses; and filing and defending both interlocutory and final appeals. He also has extensive experience litigating complex matters in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.While in law school at the University of Miami, Mr. Abrams was a Staff Editor for the "International and Comparative Law Review" and served as an intern with the Honorable William C. Turnoff, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and the Honorable Shelby Highsmith, U.S. District Court Judge, both of the Southern District of Florida.Following law school, Mr. Abrams spent a year clerking for the Honorable Catherine Langlois, P.J.Ch. (ret.) in the Chancery Division, General Equity Part in the Morris/Sussex Vicinage. Mr. Abrams is currently a Pupil in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court.
