Fisk Electric, OJCC case # 04-017504DAL-established that Fla. Stat. 440.15(3)(c)(2002) precludes payment of temporary indemnity benefits more than 401 weeks after date of loss; per curiam affirmed by Florida First District Court of Appeals.
