About our Naples, FL: office

Benjamin Ramsey is an attorney who brings the benefit of years of experience as a real estate agent and a certified general contractor to his clients. Ben's knowledge of the local real estate market, the building industry and real estate law allow him to work tirelessly to answer each one of his client's questions, and ensure that their real estate transactions go smoothly from start to finish.

Ben grew up in Pikeville, Kentucky, as is evident in his southern accent and small town charm. When Ben was younger, he was lucky enough to spend his summers in both Bradenton, FL and Naples, FL when his family would come to visit his grandparents. Those early visits spawned a family-wide love for the Gulf Coast of Florida, and almost every member of the Ramsey family has now permanently settled in Southwest Florida.

Ben began his career in the real estate industry in 1997 as a realtor and general contractor. Ben bought, sold and built residential and commercial properties in the Southwest Florida area while gaining valuable experience and insight into this unique local economy. In 2008, Ben returned to Kentucky to pursue his lifelong dream of going to law school. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Ben is licensed to practice law in Florida, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Washington D.C.

When not practicing law, Ben enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his wife, Christina, their six-year-old son South, and their four-year-old daughter, Autumn Bell. The family loves to go to the Naples Children's Museum, spend time on our beautiful beaches and take advantage of the incredible boating and fishing opportunities that this coastal town has to offer. Ben is an avid outdoorsman, and also holds his private pilot's license. Ben says that his favorite thing about Naples is that, “Not only is this a beautiful city that is second to none, but it is also a wonderful place to raise a family.” Family is the center of Ben's life and he models his practice after his Grandfather's and Father's “old school” values. Ben says, “Christian values and simple things like opening doors for ladies, taking off your hat indoors, respecting your elders, honoring your word and always being 15 minutes early are the values held dear by my family, and are more often than not lost in the hustle and bustle of modern life. My goal is to live a life that respects and honors these values both personally and professionally.”
