Mr. Michaud Leads the Consumer Protection Litigation Division at the firm. He focuses his practice on Fair Credit Reporting, Fair Debt Collection Practices and Unfair Trade Practices litigation. In this capacity, Mr. Michaud currently serves as lead counsel in several ongoing consumer protection cases involving national banks, mortgage servicers and credit reporting agencies, and has previously served in the same capacity in several successfully resolved cases.Prior to joining Patrick Miller, Mr. Michaud maintained his own firm for many years. In this role, Mr. Michaud represented numerous clients subjected to wrongful foreclosure, unfair debt collection, and those struggling with credit-reporting agencies. Additionally, Mr. Michaud served as lead counsel, representing defrauded investors in a worldwide Ponzi Scheme.
