Paul DiGasbarro joined predecessor firm Mortenson and Pomeroy in September 2005 after concluding a clerkship with the Honorable Christine L. Miniman in the Superior Court, Law Division, Passaic County. He concentrates his practice on the defense of automobile insureds, as well as the litigation of insurance coverage disputes. Mr. DiGasbarro is skilled in all phases of pre-trial discovery and trial work, and has conducted many depositions and examinations under oath as well as trying Superior Court cases and uninsured motorists/underinsured motorists (UM/UIM) and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) arbitrations. He speaks Italian.

Mr. DiGasbarro recently completed a week-long American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Trial College. He was also named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for 2010.
