Adrian Szendel has been a business lawyer and litigator in New York since 2003. He founded Szendel PLLC in 2010 after gaining extensive experience handling major litigation and transactions for top U.S. and international companies as an attorney at a sophisticated boutique Wall Street law firm. His experience includes representing businesses in various industries including manufacturers of high-technology and industrial products and components, financial services institutions, insurance companies, music publishing companies, general contractors, subcontractors, real estate developers, and retail establishments. He has gone head-to-head against some of the largest, most prestigious law firms in the nation in connection with litigating multi-million dollar disputes. He has achieved precedent-setting victories on summary judgment and negotiated countless complex settlements in favor of clients. He has alos played a key role in facilitating major corporate transactions through careful drafting and negotiation of complex agreements. The depth of his background enables him to provide clients of Szendel PLLC with "large firm quality" services in a cost-effective manner. During law school Adrian served as Notes Editor for the Case Western Reserve Law Review. He was also a member of the Niagara International Moot Court Team and director of the national Moot Court Team. Adrian also served as a Judicial Extern for the present Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Alice M. Batchelder.
