Alisha McCarthy is an associate in Phillips Nizer’s litigation department. Her practice spans a broad range of general litigation and dispute resolution matters, and she has represented clients at all phases of commercial and complex disputes, including early conflict resolution, settlement and mediation, pre-trial discovery and motion practice, preliminary injunction motions and hearings, trial, arbitration, and appeal.

Alisha’s clients have included individuals and businesses in various industries, including food, fashion, health care and pharmaceuticals, insurance, law, construction, and consulting, and she successfully has litigated cases involving a variety of legal issues and subject matters, including contract and statutory interpretation, employment and discrimination claims, unfair competition and corporate raiding, partnership disputes, securities law, and fraud.
