Ashish D. Gandhi is counsel in Ganfer & Shore's Securities Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation practice groups.

Mr. Gandhi has extensive experience representing financial institutions and Fortune 500 corporations in complex securities and commercial litigation, corporate governance matters, and internal investigations (representing both boards of directors and special committees of boards). He also has significant experience representing companies and individuals in investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by governmental agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and federal and state banking regulators, along with advising clients on responses to regulatory inquiries. Mr. Gandhi has also represented several sophisticated real estate owners, including public REITS and major real estate owners and developers, on both litigation and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, Mr. Gandhi was counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
