Diversity

Responding to your needs

Since its founding in 1979, Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP's guiding principle has been individualized attention to our clients. For more than 25 years, this has been the best form of advertisement. We have earned a reputation, which we guard zealously, for providing the highest quality legal work. We fashion cost-effective, customized solutions based on the specific circumstances of each case and the interests of each client.

This approach is indispensable to proper representation and it has fostered long-standing client relationships. We strive to create a unique with each new client.

The firm has grown as our clients' needs have grown, without compromising the quality of our legal work. This has been made possible because we hire, train and retain talented attorneys. We are keenly interested in the professional development of each of our lawyers, and our lawyers and staff work together in a professional, supportive and congenial environment.

Advancing your interest

To that end, our partners actively participate and serve in leadership roles in professional and lawyer organizations such as the Defense Research Institute, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the International Association of Defense Counsel. In addition the firm is a Sustaining Associate Member of the Lawyers For Civil Justice, a partnership of in-house corporate counsel and the leadership of the major defense lawyer organizations in the United States.

We are also proud that HPM&B surpasses the vast majority of law firms in appointing women to important positions of firm governance and responsibility. Seven of our twenty-three partners are women, and they regularly appear in courtrooms and boardrooms on behalf of our clients.

While we have grown, we have taken care to preserve the advantages of accessibility. Every matter is directly handled by one or more of our partners, who will return client calls immediately, or within 24 hours at the latest. Our clients deserve nothing less.
