Herman Max Leibowitz is a New York City attorney with more than 35 years of experience in the fields of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Probate and Administration, as well as Estate Litigation. His areas of expertise include the drafting of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, and health care proxies. Mr. Leibowitz has extensive experience representing executors, trustees, heirs, and beneficiaries in the settlement of estates.
