Jared Facher is an associate in Cadwalader's New York office. His practice focuses on representing health care organizations, insurance companies and tax-exempt entities on a wide array of litigation, transactional and regulatory matters. His practice includes advising clients with respect to health care fraud and abuse issues and reimbursement matters, as well as representing providers in government audits and investigations.
Jared has been recognized as a Rising Star for health care and general litigation by New York Super Lawyers in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
He earned a B.S. from the University of Miami in 1996, a Master of Physical Therapy, magna cum laude, from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 1999, and his J.D., cum laude, in 2005 from Fordham University School of Law.
