Biography

Jessica M. Lau focuses her practice on broad-based complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Lau has represented and advised corporations and broker-dealers in a wide variety of contract, securities, employment, and product liability matters. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, electronic discovery, expert discovery, motion practice, and oral arguments. Ms. Lau also has experience advising clients regarding classification, wage and hour, discrimination and insurance coverage matters. She has extensive arbitration experience and has served as lead and second chair in hearings before FINRA.

Ms. Lau earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a staff member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
