Jonathan Marin counsels and defends insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. Jonathan has represented clients including a major metropolitan transportation authority, a multinational insurance corporation, the world’s largest package delivery company, and a major home improvement supplies retailer.
