Mr. Schachter has substantial trial experience representing companies and individuals in federal and state courts and before various arbitration tribunals. He has successfully represented clients in complex financial disputes in a broad range of matters. While an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Schachter prosecuted numerous serious felonies, obtaining convictions in more than a dozen homicide trials.
Among his notable work, Mr. Schachter defended a client in a multi-million dollar preference action brought against a number of jewelry manufacturers in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. After all of the other parties settled, Mr. Schachter's client went to trial where Mr. Schachter secured a dismissal of all claims.
