For 22 years prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Rick was an associate and then principal of Jones Hirsch Connors Miller and Bull P.C.. He practiced primarily in the areas of appeals, insurance coverage, and insurance defense cases, handling a large number of matters involving third-party and first-party insurance claims, as well as appeals. He also represented insureds in a wide variety of bodily injury, property damage, and contract claims.
