Steven Z. Luksenberg is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Sills Cummis & Gross, resident in the Firm’s New York office. Mr. Luksenberg’s intellectual property practice has focused on litigating patent disputes in district court as well as International Trade Commission proceedings concerning electronics, optical processing, audio compression, battery charging topologies and global positioning systems. He also counsels clients on intellectual property issues, including developing trademark monitoring and brand protection strategies.

Mr. Luksenberg is a registered patent attorney licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to joining the Firm, he was an associate at King & Spalding.
