I have been in the practice of law for over twenty years. Beginning as a Law Clerk for Superior Court State of Delaware, there after practicing both plaintiff and defense personal injury and workers compensation law. For 14 years I worked for New Castle County achieving the position of second Assistant County Attorney. In this capacity I concentrated on land use law and prosecuted county code issue for both the Department of Land Use and New Castle County Police. I also appeared before the Federal District Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. My practice currently is focused on Family Law and Landlord/Tenant matters.
