Ms. Shnayder focuses her practice on employment and civil rights litigation. She bases her work on the firm belief that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and be free of work-place harassment or discrimination. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Shnayder worked as a legal intern for Bryan Arce which allowed her to develop the professional and personal skills necessary to litigate her clients' cases to the fullest extent. Ms. Shnayder also served as an intern in the “Legal Enforcement” Division of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Washington, D.C., and speaks fluent Russian.
