Biography

Jack M. Zackin, on senior status, is not actively engaged in the practice of law. For almost 30 years, Mr. Zackin represented secured creditors and other parties in interest in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Major Chapter 11 cases in which he was involved include: Tarragon Corporation, a national real estate developer, Extended Stay Hotels and Pascack Valley Hospital.

Mr. Zackin is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and Past Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
