Jason Jurkevich has over seventeen years of experience handling all facets of complex litigation on behalf of diverse clients such as Fortune 100 and other major corporations, closely-held businesses and individuals.

Mr. Jurkevich has handled a complex litigation practice in federal and state courts, with specialties in all facets of business and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation claims, and class actions. Mr. Jurkevich also has significant experience litigating insurance coverage, environmental and health care actions.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Jurkevich counsels clients on environmental issues arising in corporate and real estate transactions, and regularly works with regulatory personnel to resolve these issues.

Mr. Jurkevich has consistently achieved superior results for his clients in a cost-effective manner. At the outset of a litigation, clear objectives and a strategy to meet those objectives are established with the client. The client’s objectives are periodically monitored and refined throughout the course of the litigation.
