Biography

Sarah Fehm Stewart is an associate in the firm’s Trial Practice Group focusing on complex commercial and business litigation, white collar criminal investigations, environmental liability and remediation disputes, and media and communications law. Ms. Stewart has experience representing a variety of institutional and individual clients, from Fortune 500 companies in the petroleum industry to high profile Wall Street executives. Ms. Stewart’s matters include management and corporate control issues, FCPA and professional misconduct investigations, environmental and franchise litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Stewart also has extensive experience representing media clients in the areas of defamation and First Amendment law.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Stewart served as law clerk to the Hon. Lisa Chrystal of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Ms. Stewart is a 2012 graduate of The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal and Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Board, and President of the Corporate and Business Law Society. Ms. Stewart is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she debated as a member of the Parliamentary Debate Team.
