James (Jim) Parke has practiced law in California for 38 years. Jim graduated from California State University at Fullerton in 1975 and Pepperdine University School of Law in 1978.
An esteemed expert in all areas of family law, Jim has served as an adjunct professor of Family Law at Trinity Law School and a lecturer, panelist, and speaker throughout California. He regularly contributes to divorce recovery workshops and speaks at the Public Law Center of Orange County on Family Law issues.
Jim is AV Peer Review Rated (the highest rating) by Martindale.com and has been listed as a Super Lawyer since 2004. In addition, he has been named to the Best Lawyers in America list for the last three years running. He is a Founding Fellow of the Society of Fellows of the Orange County Bar Foundation, a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and co-dean of the 2013 Annual Institute of Trial Advocacy.
