Mr. Hedrick has been actively engaged in a comprehensive private practice focusing on civil litigation and workers’ compensation defense at the state and federal levels since 1992. He has tried over 75 civil jury trials and was co-counsel on a $25 million lawsuit.

He regularly defends cases under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Mr. Hedrick has developed a national practice assisting clients in evaluating how to defend these cases.

Mr. Hedrick is a member of the Newport News, Virginia, North Carolina, and American Bar Associations, the Virginia and North Carolina State Bars, the Defense Research Institute, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
