Frances Hunter Hampton: Attorney with F. Hunter Hampton, PC

Biography

Fran Hampton has more than twenty years of experience as a financial officer and as a practicing attorney. In addition to certifications as a CPA and as a Certified Financial Planner, she attained a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. following completion of a Juris Doctor in Law. With this distinctive background, she is uniquely positioned to handle and resolve your more complex tax, business, and trust and estate issues.

Fran Hunter Hampton has the depth of knowledge and experience whether planning, negotiating, or closing complex business transactions, planning simple to complex trusts and estates, resolving estate disputes, or representing your interests before the Internal Revenue Service or Virginia Department of Taxation. Most importantly, with this experience, education and knowledge, she has the inherent ability to seamlessly incorporate expertise from one specialized area into the understanding, planning and representation of another. No two people, families or cases are alike. Each client is viewed as unique, and as a smaller practice, Fran dedicates time to clients, getting to know them, their needs and objectives.
